Jodi M. Gollehon

Jodi Gollehon has extensive experience working in municipal law, with specialties in land use, code enforcement, real estate transactions, and public contracting. She has represented municipalities before the Oregon Circuit Court, the Land Use Board of Appeals, the Land Conservation and Development Commission, the Oregon Employment Relations Board, the Oregon Tax Court – Magistrate and Regular Divisions, and the Oregon Court of Appeals.

Before joining BEH, Jodi provided general counsel at both Yamhill County and Linn County, consulting on legal issues that would vary vastly day-to-day, from labor disputes to subpoena responses to property tax appeals. Throughout her experiences, she developed a broad knowledge base and an industrious work ethic that has proven to be invaluable when working for smaller municipalities.

Jodi is a registered Parliamentarian, has engaged in numerous speaking engagements, and is the recipient of the 2024 Oregon County Counsel Association’s Paul L. Snider Memorial Award. She is an active committee member in the Oregon Bar Governing Law Section, and she has routinely worked with the Association of Oregon Counties in their legislative lobbying efforts.

In her free time, Jodi loves hiking with her dogs, jigsaw puzzles, stargazing, and running on the beach. A native Montanan, the outdoors is her happy place, and you can usually find her camping or backpacking on the weekends.
