Connie joined BEH in 2025 and is excited to continue working with public entities. She most recently worked as a legislative analyst for the Oregon Judicial Department, and prior to that, served as a law clerk for the Honorable Marco A. Hernández in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Connie has a diverse legal background, with a focus on labor and employment and public contracting. She also holds a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators. 

Connie lives in Portland with her family. Most of her weekends are spent cheering on her kids in seasonal sports. She enjoys running, pickleball, and yoga, primarily to offset her love of baked goods.
